Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and creative, with a proven track record of driving engagement, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing).
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for better ROI.
- Lead the digital marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Familiarity with web design and development basics.
